VAT, Import Duties & Taxes per Country
Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, a Quooker specialist. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.
This guide explains how VAT, import duties and taxes are applied to Watertap.eu orders depending on your delivery country. All prices on Watertap.eu are shown including VAT. There is no VAT-exempt checkout.
Belgium (BE) — 21% VAT
All orders delivered within Belgium are charged the standard Belgian VAT rate of 21%. Prices on the website include VAT.
Netherlands (NL) — 21% VAT
Orders delivered to the Netherlands are charged Dutch VAT at 21%. Prices include VAT.
Luxembourg (LU) — 17% VAT
Luxembourg VAT at 17% applies. Prices are shown including the applicable Luxembourg rate.
France (FR) — 20% VAT
French VAT at 20% is applied to orders delivered in France.
Germany (DE) — 19% VAT
German VAT at 19% is charged for deliveries to Germany.
Other EU Countries
VAT is applied at the rate applicable to the destination country as per EU VAT rules (One-Stop-Shop / OSS scheme). All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. For business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reverse-charged — contact us to arrange this.
Non-EU Countries
Orders to non-EU destinations (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway) are not charged EU VAT. However, local import duties, VAT and handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers can receive a VAT invoice. Contact us at sales@watertap.eu for B2B ordering arrangements.
