This manual is the reference document for qualified plumbers. Below is a plain-language summary of the requirements and steps so you can confirm your kitchen is ready before installation day. The full PDF is best handed to your plumber.

Before installation — checklist

Confirm these points before the installation appointment; it saves time and avoids a return visit.

  • Enough clearance under the sink for the reservoir (and CUBE if included), with a few centimetres of ventilation gap around it.
  • A grounded 230 V socket inside the sink cabinet, on a circuit that can supply the reservoir continuously.
  • A reachable cold-water shut-off valve on the mains supply.
  • A standard 35 mm tap hole in the worktop; smaller holes need to be enlarged during installation.
  • A cabinet base able to carry the weight of a filled reservoir.

Mounting the reservoir

The reservoir sits on adjustable feet, is levelled, and connects to the cold-water supply. On COMBI and COMBI+ an additional hot-water line runs to the mixer.

Fitting and connecting the tap

The tap's flexible hoses pass through the 35 mm hole and connect to the reservoir under the worktop with quick couplings — no soldering required.

Commissioning

The plumber flushes the lines, checks for leaks and heats the reservoir to 108 °C under pressure. From that moment the tap delivers 100 °C boiling water on demand.
