Privacy Policy information

This page provides trust and compliance information for Watertap.eu customers. Watertap sells premium Quooker-related kitchen products, so clear legal, safety and privacy information is part of the buying experience, not an afterthought.

Customer-first principles

  • Product prices are presented clearly, with VAT included where applicable.
  • Shipping and delivery expectations should be understandable before checkout.
  • Customers should know who to contact for order, delivery or product-safety questions.
  • Personal data should be handled only for legitimate store, support, legal or operational purposes.

Need help?

If this page does not answer your question, contact Watertap.eu with your order number, product handle or intended delivery country. For product selection, use the Quooker buying guide.

Why this matters when choosing your setup

Quooker systems are premium kitchen products, not small accessories. Customers should understand the product, delivery route, installation context, warranty expectations and support path before they complete an order. Watertap.eu therefore keeps trust information visible across the store, including shipping, warranty, returns, product safety, payment and privacy information.

The commercial goal is transparency: VAT-included product pricing, DHL Express delivery expectations, clear contact routes and practical buying guidance. If a customer is unsure whether a tap, reservoir, CUBE system or complete pack is the right choice, the safest next step is to read the buying guide or contact Watertap when choosing your setup.

Practical support note

For high-value kitchen equipment, a short page is rarely enough. Watertap customers often need to compare models, understand delivery, prepare installation and keep documentation ready for warranty or service. This additional guidance keeps the page useful for both customers and search engines without changing the legal meaning of the original information.

If anything is unclear, customers should contact Watertap when choosing your setup and include the product name, delivery country and whether the order is for a new kitchen, replacement component or complete Quooker setup.

Configurator and advice requests

When you use the Quooker configurator, we store the choices you make (model, shape, finish, reservoir, CUBE and accessories), the calculated price, your language, how far you got and whether you continued to the cart or checkout. We also store two technical details: the page you came from and your browser type. No account is needed. This helps us improve the configurator and understand which combinations visitors look for.

Contact details in the configurator are always optional. If you fill in your name, e-mail, phone, country or a question, or ask us to e-mail your configuration, we store these details together with your choices so we can send you the summary, answer your question and follow up on your request. Our team receives an e-mail notification of your request.

This data is only accessible to the Watertap.eu team via a protected admin area and is never sold or shared for advertising. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the configurator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when you leave contact details, your request for advice prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only send you product news if you separately give consent.

Retention: configurator choices and advice requests are deleted automatically 2 years after the last activity, or earlier if you ask us to at info@watertap.eu. You can also ask for a copy or a correction of your data at that address.
