Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Quooker system. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy below applies.

Returns — 14 days

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• ⚠️ If the factory seal or packaging seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
• All parts, manuals and accessories must be included.
• The product must be in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or damaged items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@watertap.eu with photos and your order number. We arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Manufacturer warranty

All Quooker products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
