1 · Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

2 · Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

3 · Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

4 · Returns

See our return policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened goods.

5 · Warranty

Quooker's manufacturer warranty applies. See our warranty page.

6 · Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for installation costs, consequential damage, or loss of use.

7 · Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go before the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply in your country of residence.
