Every Quooker tap, reservoir and CUBE sold by Watertap.eu carries the full Quooker manufacturer warranty: 2 years standard, extendable to 7 years on the reservoir by registering the serial number on Quooker's website within 6 months of installation.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in the tap, reservoir or CUBE.
• Electronic faults in the reservoir control board.
• Premature failure of seals, valves and the heating element under normal household use.

What's not covered

• Damage from improper installation (always use a qualified plumber).
• Damage from limescale in hard-water areas where Quooker's scale filter wasn't installed.
• Cosmetic wear on the tap finish from cleaning chemicals.

How to claim

E-mail warranty@watertap.eu with your order number, the tap serial number, and a short video showing the issue. We open a service ticket with Quooker on the same business day.
