Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, a Quooker specialist. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.

This guide explains how VAT, import duties and taxes are applied to Watertap.eu orders depending on your delivery country. All prices on Watertap.eu are shown including VAT. There is no VAT-exempt checkout.

Belgium (BE) — 21% VAT

All orders delivered within Belgium are charged the standard Belgian VAT rate of 21%. Prices on the website include VAT.

Netherlands (NL) — 21% VAT

Orders delivered to the Netherlands are charged Dutch VAT at 21%. Prices include VAT.

Luxembourg (LU) — 17% VAT

Luxembourg VAT at 17% applies. Prices are shown including the applicable Luxembourg rate.

France (FR) — 20% VAT

French VAT at 20% is applied to orders delivered in France.

Germany (DE) — 19% VAT

German VAT at 19% is charged for deliveries to Germany.

Other EU Countries

VAT is applied at the rate applicable to the destination country as per EU VAT rules (One-Stop-Shop / OSS scheme). All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. For business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reverse-charged — contact us to arrange this.

Non-EU Countries

Orders to non-EU destinations (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway) are not charged EU VAT. However, local import duties, VAT and handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Business Customers (B2B)

Business customers can receive a VAT invoice. Contact us at sales@watertap.eu for B2B ordering arrangements.

VAT by country — practical buying guidance

Watertap.eu helps European customers choose original Quooker systems with clear package logic, VAT-included pricing and DHL Express delivery from Belgium. The goal is simple: understand which tap, reservoir and optional CUBE setup fits.

What to check before choosing

Reservoir need: PRO3 for boiling water only, COMBI when you also want hot water from the reservoir, and COMBI+ when the kitchen needs a larger hot-water comfort setup.
Tap style: Flex is practical with a pull-out hose, Fusion is the all-round 3-in-1 choice, Front is ideal when front-facing controls matter, and Nordic/Classic suit specific kitchen styles.
CUBE option: choose CUBE when chilled and sparkling water should be integrated into the Quooker setup.
Installation readiness: check cupboard space, socket availability, cold/hot water connections, water pressure and room for filters or CO₂ when using CUBE.

EU delivery rule

Order fulfilment uses paid DHL Express. Shipping is charged per complete order, not per product: €50 for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany, €250 for Cyprus, and €100 for the other supported EU countries.
