Choosing the right setup
Pick the finish first, then the reservoir: PRO3 for boiling water only, COMBI to also supply the mixer tap with hot water, COMBI+ for larger households. Check the space under the sink, a 230 V socket and the cold-water connection.
VAT, shipping and delivery
All prices include VAT. Watertap.eu ships genuine Quooker products from Belgium with DHL Express. Shipping: €50 per order to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. Cyprus: €250 per order. Other EU countries: €100 per order. The delivery country determines the rate.
Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened, uninstalled products. On withdrawal the customer pays the direct return costs. If the product is defective or wrongly delivered and Watertap is responsible, Watertap covers the necessary return costs. See the return policy.
Installation
Watertap.eu does not install. In Belgium, installation can be arranged via Crowntap.be; elsewhere you choose a qualified local plumber. See the installation guide.

Does it fit in my kitchen?
- Every Quooker is a tap plus a tank under the sink. The tank decides the cabinet space you need.
- PRO3 is the most compact tank and suits tight cabinets. COMBI and COMBI+ need a standard sink cabinet.
- The CUBE for chilled and sparkling water is an extra unit next to the tank — plan space for both.
- You also need a socket under the sink and a cold-water connection.
