Quooker COMBI or COMBI+? The Difference Explained

Quick answer: both reservoirs give 7 litres of 100 °C boiling water and hot water from the same Quooker tap. The COMBI connects to the cold-water pipe only and makes hot water by mixing boiling and cold water. The COMBI+ is also connected to your hot-water pipe and gives unlimited hot water at 60 °C.

Choose the COMBI when…
- there is no hot-water pipe under the sink, or you do not want to use it;
- the hot water you need at the sink fits the 15 litres at 60 °C or 27 litres at 40 °C.
According to Quooker the COMBI is the most economical hot-water supply in the kitchen; it carries energy label A.
Choose the COMBI+ when…
- you have a hot-water pipe under the sink and want unlimited hot water from the Quooker tap;
- you want a Complete CUBE Pack: those always include the COMBI+.
No separate hot-water pipe? With the supplied bypass parts the COMBI+ can also run on cold water only.
Good to know before you choose
- A COMBI cannot be converted into a COMBI+ later. Choose the reservoir that fits your kitchen now.
- At Watertap.eu the COMBI and COMBI+ cost the same; the product pages show the current price.
- Both need the same space in the sink cabinet; Quooker's manual covers each with the Nordic, Fusion, Flex and Front taps.
Installation and connection diagram
Quooker's installation manual has a chapter per tap and reservoir, with the connection diagram on the facing page. COMBI: Nordic p. 12, Fusion p. 18, Flex p. 24, Front p. 30. COMBI+: Nordic p. 14, Fusion p. 20, Flex p. 26, Front p. 32. Open them directly from the manuals page.
