Which reservoir is included?
Every Quooker is a tap plus a reservoir. Pick the reservoir that fits your kitchen — the tap itself stays the same.

What is the difference between PRO3, COMBI and COMBI+?
PRO3 delivers instant boiling water only. COMBI adds hot water from the same reservoir and connects to cold water only. COMBI+ can also be connected to your hot-water supply; the included bypass parts let it run on cold water only when there is no separate hot-water pipe. COMBI and COMBI+ cost the same.
Which reservoir is in a Complete CUBE Pack?
Always the COMBI+, including the bypass parts. It works with a hot-water supply or on cold water only, so the pack fits every kitchen.
Can I change the reservoir after ordering?
Contact us as quickly as possible after ordering. Once the order is processed or shipped, a change may no longer be possible.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All customer-facing prices on Watertap.eu include VAT.

Does it fit in my kitchen?
- Every Quooker is a tap plus a tank under the sink. The tank decides the cabinet space you need.
- PRO3 is the most compact tank and suits tight cabinets. COMBI and COMBI+ need a standard sink cabinet.
- The CUBE for chilled and sparkling water is an extra unit next to the tank — plan space for both.
- You also need a socket under the sink and a cold-water connection.

- Filtered chilled still and sparkling water requires CUBE — included only in the Complete CUBE pack.
- The sink cabinet has a socket, a cold-water feed and roughly 20 × 40 cm free space.
